We typically reply within one business day (Monday–Friday). To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- Your device type (iPhone, iPad, or Android) and OS version if reporting a bug
- The learner’s approximate age and whether they use the app at home or in a Hebrew school
- A short description of what you expected versus what happened
- Screenshots if something looks wrong on screen
Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple or Google according to their store policies. If a paid unlock is not working after purchase, email us with your receipt and we will troubleshoot in good faith.
Schools and educators
Hebrew schools, day schools, and teachers interested in classroom use or a limited-time pilot can email support@kriakala.com with your school name, city, and approximate number of students. We can share setup tips, parent communication templates, and guidance on fitting Kriakala into an existing Hebrew curriculum.

Common questions before you email
Is Kriakala free? The app is free to download with no ads. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full curriculum on each device. Schools may qualify for limited-time pilot access—mention your school name in your email.
Which devices are supported? Kriakala runs on iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Links on this site (iOS, Android) open the correct store listing for your platform.
Can I use Kriakala in my Hebrew school classroom? Yes. Many teachers assign specific islands or games as homework. Read the schools page for pilot details, then email us if you need help rolling out to families.
